Hiya Runbecubo,
I think its a fantasy course, created for practice, here are the course comments, added by CGX:
Welcome to the official CGX Expert Practice Golf Club. Designed with the specific aim to offer those transitioning or those who are still quite new, to the Expert level, a home ground on which to practice their game at anytime.
This course offers the opportunity to practice all shots in the bag.
It will help with course management in regards to shot placement & most fairways offer the opportunity to practice uphill & downhill stance shots.
Large, deep, intimidating bunkers, designed to allow some of the most difficult escape shots to be played.
Greens have steep sided banks smothered in deep rough, allowing practice for one of the most tricky expert shots, The Flop! Holes for both TS & 3CLK. This is a very long par 72 course.
Greens are CGX fast & large, with subtle elevations, persuading the player to read them carefully. A parklands course, designed with a mix of both European & US hole styles, together with a couple of suprises!

I couldn't find any information on it, either. Not sure who the lead designer was, so couldn't ask them. |

I've uploaded a set of flags and tournament logos based in the 2008 and 2021 editions of US Open played in the course.
