I can understand when you have a problem with compatibility, that happens sometimes.

But, I've been playing this game for a long time, and this morning it suddenly says it's not compatible with the operating system and I can't get it to run in any compatibility mode.

Has this recently happened to anyone else? Ticks me off...

Hello Scott,

You are probably on win8 or win10 ?
That happened to other members aswell, not sure but i think it happens after one of the Windows updates, or other update.
I think an update blocks TW08 game.
Maybe you already tried it, but you can try to do the Compatibility Troubleshooter again:

When you are using win8:

http://www.coursedownloads.com/forum/posts.asp?post=9641&forum=32

When you are using win10:

http://www.coursedownloads.com/forum/posts.asp?post=10630&forum=11

When that is not working, then maybe you can try to reinstall TW08, not sure it will help though.
And after the reinstall of TW08, then you have to run TW08 in compatibility mode again.
