This picture shows a Library that was used in my old design of Heritage Eagle Bend. I don't have the old TCA file, so I am not able to fine the library for download. If someone can identify it, Please let me know. I am working on a new design of this course and I would like to use the panorama.

My guess it was a stock pano. The texures look like something from 04

This Pano will never work in the 07 or 08 game. You have to find the lib, pull the tga files via texmods and rebuild it.

Yes as Hyno said, the old panos are not working for TW08 game.
You have to use a TW07 or TW08 custom pano, you can find panos in the libraries section.
