I create a folder to download a course and its libraries...as soon as I click on a library to download. The folder (Olympia Fields by Bobby Bolin) appears. I have deleted it...uninstalled and reinstalled Olympia Fields. Yet the empty folder reappears...any help...THANKS

Don't know what is causing that problem but wondered why you are creating a folder before downloading?

Because since 2007 I have always created a folder, for the course to be downloaded. Then downloaded the course and all libraries. I install from that named folder, then cut and paste it to a thumb drive. In case for a need later. Like, to install said course on another computer...etc.
