Foggy had an outstanding -13 par in his 3rd outing here at the Travelers Championship. He finished with an 8 shot lead and more importantly a serious shot at capturing his 6th victory on the season. Foggy struggled a bit in his last round with a triple bogie on #15. His first in a while. A -4 round got him on the first page of the leaderboard ending up two shots out of the lead. Foggy finished out of the top 10 at the Quicken Loans National and has moved on to a new challenge here at Firestone Country Club for the WGC - Bridgestone Invitational. At the start of this tournament we have some wetter than normal conditions out there and Foggy has a tough time with wet greens.
