sorry if this is covered elsewhere had a searcg but did not find anything. so apologies if i missed it.

i am trying to install some old 2004 courses in 2008 game with caddie 1.5 all ok libs and courses installed but when i try to load a course in the game it crashes tried various graphics tweaks tried 16bit and lowered graphic detail but to no avail still crashes to desktop i can see all the courses there in menu is there a simple solution i missed, or is it not possible to play 2004 courses in 2008 ....i have 2007 courses in there etc thanks for any pointers

While 2004 courses will load in 08, they will not play. This does not have anything to do with the Caddie program. It has to do with changes that were made by EA to the game engine with each new version of the TW game. For 08, your best bet is to stay with 07 and 08 courses. Even some 06 courses will work. Anything older than that will not work in 08.
