I have been using the Course Download utility for years. A few days ago I tried to download a course and my screen came up with courses that are downloaded, but no libraries. I tried going to the file to install and I get a message saying something about debugging. I have Vista installed on this computer and have hundreds of courses downloaded....not sure what has changed.
Hope someone can figure out my problem and have some suggestions.

Are you running TWcaddie08 as administrator ?
