Hi...
Are you using XP...Vista or Win7 ?
And how did you uninstall/ delete the libraries and courses.
Did you uninstall the libraries/ courses with TWCaddie....or did you delete them manually ( without TWCaddie ) ?

When you are using Vista or Win7:

When you are using win7 or Vista you will have to run TWCAddie08 as Administrator.
When you did that you will have to reinstall the custom courses.

Follow instructions below:

( right click TWCaddie.exe file and install as administrator....also turn off UAC, user account control )

How to run as Administrator:

This was posted in forum, by Trublumich, it is for Vista but works for WIn7 aswell:

The program needs to have permission from the first time you install it. UAC Creates registery entries for each individual user and denies access to the keys Tiger Woods 08 uses to read courses from.

Simply put here is how to fix every single issue that Vista users have encountered. MAKE SURE THE PROGRAM HAS ADMINISTRATION PRIVILEGES.

So how do you do that you ask?

Browse to the folder you installed TW Caddie 08 usally:
C://Program Files/CourseDownloads.com/TW Caddie 08

Locate the following file:
TW Caddie 08.exe

(VISTA 64 BETA)
TW Caddie 08 Vista 64.exe

Right Click on that file and select Properties.

With properties Open select the tab labeled Compatibility

In the Compatibility screen you will see a option near the bottom that says:
Run This Program as Administrator

Check the box and click Apply and then OK. As the manual says you the program MUST BE RAN AS AN ADMINISTER. IN XP just being logged in as an Admin is enough. Vista on the other hand you have to tell it to run as an Administer.

This has fixed 99.9% of all reported problems with TW Caddie and Vista.

When you removed libraries/courses manually without TWCaddie08, you will have to remove them also in the registry.
Note: When you removed them manually and they are still in the Bin......just restore the libraries/courses.In this case you don t have to edit the registry.

First of all start TWCaddie...on top go to: File
and inside File.....choose: Analyse Installed files.
When you analyzed installed files you have to look for error messages: Missing or invalid path
Write down the names of all courses + libraries with message: Missing or invalid path
Now you have to delete the courses and libraries in registry that received message: Missing or invalid path

Some help on link below:

http://www.coursedownloads.com/forum/posts.asp?post=7102

Warning: only delete the files with message: Missing or invalid path

When you finished deleting in the registry, you should be able to reinstall the libraries + courses with TWCaddie08

When you are using Win7 or Vista you will have to run TWCaddie08 as administrator, some help on link below:

http://www.coursedownloads.com/forum/posts.asp?post=8478&forum=32

When you are downloading a course or library or myzipfile, choose: Save as.....and save the downloaded course or library or myzipfile to a folder on your PC.
After that open TWCaddie08 (; there should be icon on your desktop ),and on top right side choose: Install.
On next screen browse to the downloaded course or library or myzipfile.
When you found the downloaded file dubble click it and it will be installed by TWCaddie08.
