When I want to install a new course using the TW Caddie it tells me that I have to uninstall certain files in order to install new version. When I view the files using winrar, for example, the "Red Pines Course" has what it appears to be the files for "Torrey Pines course". Does this mean it will affect the Torrey Pines course and do I have to uninstall the Torrey Pines course in order to play the Red Pines course? Other courses I have tried to install say I have to uninstall the Cypress pano in order to install new version. Will this affect the Cypress Point course? And do I have to do this to every new course I download? I sure would appreciate some direction on this. Thank you.

my first impression of your problem is to just rename the course you are downloading.....ex>Cypress Point..type...Cy Point...try that...I always abbreviate the courses I download...for that reason..

It seems like my problem lies with the library files. Can I rename those files as well? I really appreciate your help.

Hi..
You can ignore the message of TWCaddie to uninstall the libraries.
Just ignore the message and go on with the installation of the new course.
Several courses are using the same libraries, but you have to install the libraries only once.
There is an option in TWCaddie to synchronize your libraries.
With this tool you can tell TWCaddie what libraries you already have installed:
Open TWCaddie....on top go to: Options....coursedownloads.com......sync MyLibraries

When you did that and you go to a course you want to download: on coursedownloadpage at right side you will see a list of all required libraries.
Some will have a green: V..........and others will have a red cross: X
The libraries with the green V: you already downloaded them before
The libraries with the red X: you didn t download before.

How can you see you installed the custom course correct:
After you installed a course : open TWCaddie (; dubble click TWCaddie icon on desktop ) and on left side doubleclick the Coursename (; text ).
Now you will see a list of all required libraries: They all must say: TRUE
When you have a library that says not true, you can download and install the missing library separate:
Go back to the course downloadpage: at right side click on the missing library (;text ) and download and install the missing library, same way as you install courses with TWCaddie.
