| hi guys help please i had to restore my comp bk to factory settings. i got into downloads under my name and downloaded some courses yesterday. today i tried tustin ranch but now not getting a zip come up, thought it might be caddy so tried to download another caddy but its saying access denied. i have also had to slightly change my email address.can you go in and check for yourselves please and see if you have an answer to whats happening many thanks |

Whatever you did to make it work last time would be the answer, the restore obviously reset whatever it was before. |

| rob why is it telling me caddie denied. i download a course it goes to downloads and thats the only place i can get the zipfile to come up. but the courses kick me out when i play them? |

When do you get the message caddie denied? If you can go to play the course then that would indicate it is installed but with problems ie missing libraries. |

| hi rob i got it when i tried to download a new caddy.and when i try to download courses i cannot get any of the missing libraries a freind sent me the libraries, even when i try them seperately they download then dissapear cannot find them, and now i have a clearish comp its completely baffling me |
