Have you tried logging out of our account on the site, clearing your browser cookies and temp internet files, then logging back into the site?
What exactly are you seeing happen when you try to download a MyZip file? What exact errors are you seeing? |

This is what I can tell you...it is a problem on your PC. I logged into your account and was able to create and download a MyZip file with no problem at all. I looked at all of the settings on your account and everything looks fine.
I would strongly advise you to clear out your Temporary Internet Files and your Cookies. I would also do as Gunpower has advised and try another browser to see if you are able to download with something other than IE. Have you installed any other programs over the past week that may have affected your ability to download? Are you able to download any of the files from our site individually? Are you having problems downloading files from any other site? |

If you are not able to download files individually from our site and you aren't able to download files from other sites (like being able to download Firefox), then the problem is clearly on your system. Something either with your ISP or on your system is preventing downloads. If you weren't having any problems until about a week ago you could look at trying to do a System Restore to roll your system back about a week to see if that fixes the problem. But based on what you have written it is definitely not a problem on our site and is either on your system or with your internet connection. |
