Seemingly out of no-where, caddie wouldnt initialize. I reinstalled, and now receive a pop up error......
"Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately. Configuration system failed to initialize."
Caddie does start now, but without the libraries installed. I click refresh, the pop up error appears, i click continue, and the libraries are there. I havent tried to install a course yet. Each time i click on the caddie for any process, the pop up appears.
Help?

Hi Eaglphan...
Are you using XP or vista or Win7. When you are using Vista or Win7 see link below:

Note: also in Vista/Win7 try to turn off UAC (;user account control ) |

I have tried to reinstall the caddie and now receive this error......
Source file not found
C:\DOCUME~1\Joe\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$D102.031\TWCAD.CAB
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Pat
Ive tried renaming the file , i always save first to desktop.
Ok
I tried installing from the application file, and it wouldnt install.
I then tried the exe. file, and caddy installed, but didnt work lol it went back to the above error.
Thing is, i hadnt made any changes, or downloaded anything that i know of, it just suddenly got hosed up.
Maybe a problem with netframework, will be my nextstep looking into,,
as always my friend, thanks for your help ;-) |

The install of Caddie you selected Run instead of save. You need to Uninstall Caddie, then Download and select save and reinstall. |

Hey Tru
I have saved each time to desk top. Tried installing both ways, right from the file, and also after extracting to a new folder.
Still receive the same issue. It does install, but each time I click on the caddy, the error pops up. |
