Are you installing the courses straight from the downloaded zipfile? (open caddie and double click the zipfile, and all files will be installed ) When you unzip the downloaded coursefile first, the logo + text + flag will not be installed. |

Check that the file path points to the right directory is all I can think, if the logo shows in the game then its installed ok. |

Its not that I used an external plugin for the logo files to display in caddie, if they are showing in the game then theres no problem with the install, just a minor inconvenience using Caddie. |

Hello All,
When using win7 64 bit download and install TW Caddie xp/vista 64bit. Once installed right click on the TW Caddie then select properties at the bottom. Click on Compatibility tab on top then check the box for, Run this program in combatibility mode for, Select ( Windows xp service pack 2 ) from the drop down menu. Then at the bottom click on the, Change settings for all users At the bottom you will see, (Privilege Level) check the box that says, Run this program as an administrator. Click apply you should be good to go. Hope this helps. Steve |

I have Windows 7 and have suffered through the problem of no logos in the game and no custom flags. I just noticed that Wolf Creek was the only custom course that is showing a logo in the game. I went and checked out the file and noticed that the "Splash File" is a TGA file and not a "dds.file" like the rest of the courses. For whatever reason the TGA file allows the logo to show up in the game for me. |

I finally solved about 75% of the problems I was having with no logos, splash screens or custom flags showing up in the game using Windows 7. I realized that when I installed the course file using the TW Caddie it changed the splash file from a TGA. file to a dds. file. Once I realized this I went back and manually copied and pasted the TGA splash into the new folder the TW caddie had created on my hard drive and deleted the dds. splash file. Now the splash screen showes up in the game. I also copied and pasted the logo and flag files into the new folder replacing the files the TW caddie had created and now they all show up in the game for me. For some reason I still cant get the text file to show using this method. Anyway I thought Id post this in case someone is still having a problem with Win 7 and the TW caddie. Also if you paste in the TGA spash screen, you then need to manually redo the path in the TW Caddie. |
