hi I have been able to download a course but it is only listed in the libary
how can it be loaded to the course section to be made playable

Any way you can possibly give more information, such as what course you are trying to get? It sounds like you may be trying to get one of the EA courses, which are not available for download. They are only listed on our site so the info for the course can be listed for the Tour. But with the little bit of info you provided I have no way of telling what you are trying to do.
