Hi, Im having a problem with some of the courses Ive downloaded. They download fine and I get them installed and everything and then I go to set up a match for online play and I have a problem. When my friend joins the game and we start it, the loading screen will pop up and say TW08 has encountered an error and must shut down or something like that. I have the latest .net framework, 1gb ram, and a good processor. Im wondering if anyone has had the same problem and what I can do to fix it. Some of the courses Ive downloaded will work, but about half of them dont (;including TPC scottsdale and Coeur dAlene)
EDIT: I have windows xp by the way, with the latest service packs |

I found the problem, its with the Judds Walls n Stuff library. I cant seem to fix it though. I re-downloaded it and went to TW08 caddie and tried to install it. It said to uninstall the original first so I attempted to do that. I went through the uninstall process and thought it was done, but the library wasnt removed from the installed libraries list. I tried a few times and it never worked. So I went in and tried to manually remove it from the tw08 file but that didnt seem to work either. When I analyse the files I get this message:
Augusta 2008 : is using mis-named library files. This could cause undesired effects while playing.
Augusta 2008 is actually named Augusta 2008 Ver 2
Judd's Walls_n_Stuff: Missing or invalid file path.
Please let me know... |
