Hi everyone.
I'm having problems playing any courses with Jud's Walls N Stuff or Jimbo's Tourney.
When I start Tiger (Vista 32 -- running as administrator) it says I don't have those libraries installed.
When I open TW Caddie, it shows them as installed. I've gone in and they are not in my libraries folder.
When I try to reinstall them, I get a "this library is already installed" error. And when I try to hit properties in TW Caddie for the library, it says this library is missing, browse and find it. When I try that I get an "unhandled exception error.' (picture attached)
I'm at my wit's end.
Any ideas?
How can I uninstall something that's not in my libraries folder to begin with? |

I have come accross the same thing from time to to time, the only fix I could find was to manually delete the registry entry for the lib, then install it again. |

Very carefully - muck up your windows registry and thats a big problem
click Start Run type in regedit
a window pops up FIRST - back up your registry click File select Export save the registry to My Docs or someplace youll remember
the Registry is set up like the Windows Explorer folders folders etc on left side of pane, files etc on right side of pane click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE click on SOFTWARE click on EA SPORTS click on Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08 click on Libraries with Libraries highlighted (;click on it) right click and select Find type in Judd it will find Judds Walls - on the right Look down the left side - a series of closed folder icons the ONE open folder icon will be Judds Walls click on it to make sure - it should have this series of numbers/letters called the GUID: {0F159048-4549-40D7-B10A-6B668F626EF1}
right click on that series of numbers/letters on the left side, select delete
note: all you are doing is deleting the link between that library file and the TW game in TW08
repeat as needed for the other library (;i didnt look up the second GUID)
then go back to where you have the library .tcl file stored and install it the usual way
Again - be careful, double check, etc - as long as you are careful, its a fairly routine edit |

Well, I tried that but I don't have any folders in my Tiger registry folder except for one entitled ergc.
See photo.
I tried running a registry fix program -- nothing.
I uninstalled and reinstalled TWcaddie -- nothing.
