Hi....
You probably are using a CLS folder in your new course. TWCaddie08 located the .ini file in CLS folder and thinks this is the course.ini file.
That is why your received the error.

Don t use the compress feature to upload your new course.

Do next steps:
Compile your course with Course architect06 and you created your EA sports course file (.tcr )
Copy this course file (.tcr) and paste it in a new folder.
Add in this new folder also:
Splash(.tga )
logo(.dds)
coursetext(.txt)
Zip the whole bunch of files and now you created zip file with:

Coursefile (.tcr )
Splash(.tga )
logo(.dds)
coursetext(.txt)

Optional files are:
Course.ini (Note: Optional file, not required )
flag (.dds ) (Note: Optional file, not required )
CLS folder (Note: Optional file, not required )
You can add the optional files also in zip file.

You can use this zip file to upload to Coursedownloads.
