I get message that C:\Document1\Dad\Locals1\Temp\VSD13B.tmp\dotnetfx\dotnetfx.exe

Im really not sure on this one....it is not program related I would try reinstalling Microsoft .NET 3.0

dotnetfx is the installation program for .Net The location you specify is a temporary location. You should be able to just delete it. I am sure why you would be seeing this message now. I would just delete though. If you do need to reinstall. Get a new download from Microsoft.
