I have always used TWCLSETUP to download the new courses, and never had any problems until a few days ago, when i select a course to d/l what ussd to happen is a browser window would open then a save or cancel file window popped up, i would click save and it would save the folder to my desktop, then i would install it.

Now when i select a course or library to d/l that window that says save or cancel does'nt pop up, but a browser window does and in the status bar it says downloading from course downloads.com, but there is nothing on my desktop.

I was d/l ing courses the other day and d/l'd a couple then on the next one it stopped working like i explained above. I don't have a clue what happened or how to fix. So I'm not able to d/l any more courses.

I'm not very good with computer speak, but if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi....
When you are using internet explorer:

Open internet explorer.....on top go to: Tools......choose: Internet options
Now on top click: Security........and on bottom click: Restore or reset to default
