I just downloaded and tried to install an new course. When I double-clicked on the myzip file, it wanted to reinstall TW Caddie again, so I pointed to where I have the .msi file and let it reinstall. The course didnt install properly as it said it didnt have all the libraries, even though I download all libraries in the myzip file.
Also, when I open the caddie, it doesnt show any libraries installed and there are a bunch of empty listing on in the courses section. I went into options/properties and made sure the program pointed to all the right paths of were it previously installed courses and libraries and it still has problems.
Ive attached a screenshot of the caddie. How do I fix this?

| I think the thing to do is uninstall TW Caddie and install again using setup.exe not msi.,then try and install a custom course,if you are missing libs the caddie will tell you which ones. |

If files are not showing you are using Vista...Theres a post that says Vista Users read this first....
Whats happening is the program is being allowed to create registery keys but not add values to those keys.
To remedy this please follow these simple instructions....if YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUN THE PROGRAM IN ADMINISTRATOR MODE AS THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS EXPLAIN.
Step 1: Click on Start Menu
Step 2: Click on the Run Command Prompt
Step 3: Type in RegEdit
Step 4: Locate this folder:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses
Step 5: Right CLick and select the permissions setting
Step 6: Locate your username (the one you use to sign into windows) if not present in the list then click the add button, type in your username, click on the Check Names button, then click the ok button. You will see you username in the list now.
Step 7: Check the boxes that say full control and read for your username.
Step 8: Now click on the button labled Advanced, check the two boxes that say:
Inherit from parent.....
Replace permission entries....
Now click the apply button.
Step 9: Un-install all courses with no names and re-install them.
Step 10: Repeat steps 4 through 9 but for the folder:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Libraries
