| I recently had a crash, and replaced several components in the computer. I copied the courses and libraries for my TW 08, but when I re-installed them in the TW Caddie, I noticed I had no logo's with the names of the courses. So now when I launch the game, I look at a list of courses with no names. I can click on the logo and it will tell me the name of the course, but it gets tough when trying to find a specific course. Is there a way to retrieve the logo's or would I need to go back and d/l all 500 over again just to get the logo? |

Method 1:
You probably didn t make a zipfile of your backed up courses, before you install the courses with TWCaddie08.
So to install a course you first will have to make a zipfile of the backed up coursefolder.
For example: you have a back up folder of the course: Augusta 2008 ( with inside the folder: coursefile + splash + logo + textfile )
So first make a zipfile of the folder augusta 2008, and after that install that zipfile in TW08 with TWCaddie08.
Now TWCaddie08 should install the coursefile + logo + splash + textfile.
Method 2:
When you installed already lot of courses and you don t see a logo in TW08:
For example you already installed Augusta with TWCaddie08, and you don t see a logo.
Go to your back up folder and look for the folder Augusta 2008
Inside your back up folder Augusta 2008 look for the logo, right click on the logo and choose: Copy
Now go to the folder Augusta 2008 you just installed with TWCaddie08, it is located on this path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses\Augusta 2008
Inside Augusta 2008 right click any empty spot, and choose: paste
It will ask you to overwrite the existing logo, say: Yes
Now the logo should be restored.

gunpower hi have the same problem with logo,s they show up in game for every course but they dont show up at all in caddie

Hiya Jim, yes i have the same problem in TWCaddie08 on win7 and win8.
The logos dont show up in TWCaddie08, but they all show up in TW08, no problem.
It must be something inside the TWCaddie08 programming. |
