I am going to purchase TW 04 today (not 06 to be safe and make sure it runs fast on my PC). Just to understand, certain courses that are downloaded can only work if you have certain libraries to go with them? So if I downloaded the Augusta 04, I would need to download a library for it? If anyone can explain this to me, I would appreciate it. Also, does 04 come with the course architect or do I need to download it and where would I find it? Just wanna get all of my questions out so I know ahead of time. Thanks.

Yes, 04 comes with the CA. You may want to read the numerous tutorials for installing courses and libraries featured on this website.
