OK so you have a folder called my course inside this folder create a new folder called cls and put all your cls files in there, you should now have the course folder which has the course in it plus the flag dds file in it and the cls folder as well. now simply zip the course folder and your done.

yes, to test it out, uninstall the file your working on and install the zip file.
