I am sorry to tell you this but you can not change your swing type in career mode. You have to start a new player. But make sure you go through the walkthrough, because that is the only way to choose your swing type. If you skip the walkthrough it will default to Trueswing (V). I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but hopefully you are not to far along in your career.

You may have not gone far enough. After you create you new player you have to continue with the new player walkthrough. It will come up on the screen to take a lesson. After you hit continue it will take you to the practice course where you need to hit a ball over 200 yds with true swing. Once that is done, you contiune on and after the explantion of the trueswing feedback screen, you come to the shot lessons screen. Here you can practice the 3 different swing types, trueswing (V), trueswing (H), and 3 click. (There is no 2 click option). After you hit a ball over 200 yds with the 3 click, it will ask you to choose your swing type, continue practicing or continue on to the chip lesson. Once you choose your swing type it will take you to the chip lesson. You can stop at this point and go back to the carrer menu or you can go on, that will be your choice. Hope this helps if you still cant get it to work just let me know.
