After receiving TWG 2006 for Christmas I was thoroughly enjoying the game. However, just a few days ago I had to uninstall and reinstall the game. Because it had the annoying habit of changing courses in mid tournament. I would be playing Beth Page and when I started the third round it would change to Witch Hollow? EA sports advised the reinstall because of corrupt registry items. All well and good. But the game takes forever to load the next hole and even then I would have to wait until everything appeared on screen. The hard drive is working overtime as well. I thought my system was at fault but the game ran very well for nearly 6 weeks! Can any of you gurus out there can give me a few hints on to correct this? I am running a thorough virus scan thinking there may be something imbedded in there. But no results so far.

Watch the AT&T National Pro-Am this week. The tournament is played at 3 courses, Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, and Poppy Hills. This is the same concept used in the game. You are not having any problems, this is the way its supposed to be.
