I have been told that the dxtex program to change .bmp pictures into .dds is min the Bin Folder of TW 06 but I have yet to find it. I remember making a .dds file for to have my picture come up when playing ip. to ip. online but that was when I had TW 05 on my computer. Do I need to install 05 back on to get to the dxtex utility?
