Ive never tried m8 but id hazard a guess and say logically one would create a vertical face on one side of the green which would have the wooden boards texture in it youd have to work at high mag tho to get the water, wood and green textures to butt fit each other well.....im gonna give it a try lollolol

that is the problem i cant create a side of the green flat everytime i raise it there is always a slant affect so when i try to put the planks against it there is a gap between the top of the green and the top of the plant grrr i know there is a easier way.

When raising or lowering your face you need to make sure the distance between your two textures is no more then 9 inches otherwise you are going to get a slant effect.

Ok blu what you said didnt tell me much. So ill explain to you what i have done and it you or nobody else can help me then this issue will be dead for me. Im just alittle disappointed because ive been trying to get help with this issue since 2k4.Ok i created a outline like a fairway i dropped a rough texture in it then i right clicked on the texture and select use as shape then i select properties inflated it -2 and dropped another texture so now i have 1 texture inside another. now i click on the outside texture and select pickup with children then i click on the slope tool or raise tool and try to raise it 4 or 5 ft so i can plank it. This is were the shape that i want to plank it on a slant. Now you say i can only raise the face 9 inches sorry my friend but that is not telling me much that to me is like talking to me in a differant languge lol. PLEASE explain to me step by step from the beginning to the end i would really appreciate it or you can email me i basicaaly need instructions step by step in a dummies languge lol when you say raise the face? what face a face option is not in the architect. tyvm
