I have followed the tutorial and have done a search of the board but can not find anything dealing with the problem I am having.
After using the template and installing the course (using both the utilities and Jorgens) the splashscreen I get in game has a black bar going down the right side and bottom. How do I get rid of this as it covers up part of the selection info?

What program are you using to design your splash? If you used the splash screen template, the TGA file has an alpha channel mask associated with it. The alpha channel area is what hides that black area. If you are using a program like Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop, you have to activate that mask in order for that are to be hidden.
If you have a problem with it or if you are using a program that doesnt easily allow you to associate that mask, email the file to me at jsjarvis71@yahoo.com and I can activate it and send it back to you. |
