Hello everyone.

Im using Course Architect 2005 for the first time, after having used 2004 before.

It still has the same problem (that occurs after a while) of the background texture disappearing until you optimise the background. I know that eventually you will not be able to optimise and then the course is history.

Does anyone know anyway to stop this from happening or to postpone the effect for as long as possible?

if you are not optimizing every single time after adding a shape and/or smoothing it you are asking for problems I optimize maybe three or four times before I finish a shape.

Thank you both very much for your help.

Ive never had a serious problem with it but I always feel like Im racing against a towards zero problem all the time and I never do as much as I want with the courses because Im afraid the back texture will go and I wont be able to get it back.

Doing the lips on the bunkers is something it tends not to like.
