1) I usually put five but have heard of ten. The more you put the more random the game will chose. The CA suggest to put them in easiest to hardest order as this is how the game will choose them.
2) Galleries only show up in Tournament mode.
3) answered in Course manager forum.
4) I beleive you can go into a file to adjust this but I am unsure which or where. Read somewhere ( cant remember where) there is an .ini file for each course. But dont quate me on that.

Jorgens superb CLTool program has options to remove sticky libraries from a course, I believe. All designers should use that program. You would need the 2004 version it seems.

My answers mainly apply to the 2004 version as it is the one I am most familiar with. I do believe that they are the same for 2005 as well.

CLTool 2K5 has the library info in the help section. Maybe 2K4 is the same? I dont use it for that feature so I am not sure.
