when i go to download this course (smokey ridge 2005) i get that it needs the library ( C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods ).........any help would be appreciated as i have no trouble downloading any other course as i have many

Look on the course page for Smokey Ridge 2005. All user created libraries that are required for that course are listed on that page. Click on the library name to download the library. Install the libraries the same way you installed the course.

If I am not mistaken, the one you had listed (the one that shows up as C:\Program Files\...) is the Bigs Water library.
