| With the upgrade driver(77.72) for Nvidia graphics card, the video clips to TW 2005 and TW 2004 no longer can be seen. Only the audio? I tried contacting EA by email, but I got no respnse. Does anyone else have this same problem that has upgraded their Nvidia graphics driver? |

| If it just happened when you upgraded your video drivers, then it sounds like it would be more of an nVidia problem than an EA one. I can guarantee that EA will not release a new patch. TW2006 is only a few months away and they will be concentrating their efforts on that game, not on patching a previous one. |

Yeah, but I like my TW 2005 game and I already downloaded a mess of courses to boot. So you are telling me EA could care less about coming out with a patch? Or suck it up until TW 2006? Thats not very assuring is it

Yes, I am saying that EA could care less about coming out with another patch. Their track record with the TW series since 2002 has been to release the game, put out 1 or 2 patches shortly after the game is released to fix any bugs that are found and then allowing the game to run its course until the next release.
The issue that you are having is not an EA problem. It is an issue with your video drivers from nVidia. If the game worked before this driver release but now it doesnt, how is that an EA issue? As I mentioned in another post, you can roll your drivers back in XP and it will fix your problem. But EA will not issue a patch for what you are talking about. |
