I downloaded added courses into TW2004 by using the CL Setup program. But when I open up the course file it says the program wont run without a Architect file. I searched the libraries that came with the course and there is no Architect file? Also on my TW2004 CDs there is none to be found either? Where do you get this file?

The Architect library is a stock library that comes with the game. It is in one of the compressed CAB files that is on your CDs. The only way to restore this file is to do a reinstall of the game. Do a reinstall over the top of your current installation so you do not lose any of your settings.
