Does anyine know exactly what the game does to differentiate easy pins from hard pins? Does it move pin locations to a harder place even on custom courses when the pins are place by the designers? Simply make it harder for the ball to drop in the cup, creating more lip outs, etc?

When an arch designs a course they place various pins (up to 10 I believe) on the greens. Certain pin placements are designated as easy pins, others are difficult pins. When you play, the game picks from the pins in whichever group you chose from.
