1) Click on a course name. You will be taken to the page for that course.
2) Look on the right side of the screen. There will be links to download the course and links to all required libraries. Click on The Course Source to download the course file. Click on the library name to download the library.

You will want to look in the FAQ forum for the article on how to install downloaded courses and libraries.
