| In tiger 2005 for pc it wont let me change to automatic settings or add golfer shadows what gives? |

I had similar issues with an earlier ATI 7200 card - several options graphically were greyed out and un-editable in the graphics options screen.
On first running TW2005, the programme looks at your hardware and decides what options can and cant work via your graphics card. Having run TW2003 and TW2004 with most options turned on high, I was quite shocked to see how many graphic options were either reduced or simply greyed out and unavailable.
As far as Im aware, TW2005 has a much advanced graphics engine, and needs a reasonable graphics card to run the game with all options turned on to the high setting. As I was having issues with other software as well, I upgraded my graphics card.
Beforehand, I was able to edit some of the settings in the graphics option screen when I switched from auto settings to manual. But even then, the greyed out options remained unavailable. If TW2005 deceides your card wont run it, it wont make it available.
Having upgraded the graphics card, I must say that it was worth it just to see TW2005 in all its glory.
