Is it possible to download all the 2004 stock libraries at once? There is an add all button at the bottom but what do you do from there?

You cannot download all of them at once. You will need to download them one at a time. If all were downloaded at once it would be over 200 MB in size and would kill our bandwidth.

The add all button you are talking about is for the MyLibraries function on the site. This function lets you keep track of the libraries or courses you have already downloaded. That is what the check and X marks beside the libraries or courses are for.
