Sorry if this has been answered, but I want to remove some courses from my 04 game and yet when I do in the program, the course name still shows up when playing...

I uninstall them using Jorgens Course Installer.

If you are just deleting them then they will still show up in the game as deleting the course files does not remove the registry data for the courses.
