Hi, Does any 1 out there know what may cause my pc to do a total freeze( locks up) cannot use key board or mouse!
Windows xp -Os
2-512ddr memory
Nivida FX-5200 256 mb video card
sound blaster 5.1 sound card

Just need some one who knows pcs to help me resolve this problem. Its interfering with my enjoyment of Tiger Woods 2005 LOL &nb sp &nb sp gladius7

Hi,
You did not indicate what video driver version you are using. If you are using the nvidia 66.93 release, I suspect this may be your prob. I have a fx 5900se card and the 66.93 drivers caused me to lock up frequently. You should try uninstalling these drivers and then reinstall the 61.77 driver version. This worked for me.
