Of late TW05 crashes during online and offline play. Sometimes its on the first hole and sometimes I can make it to 7th but every attempt results in a crash. Not to desktop but a total lockup. I contacted EA tech support and they said to do a re-install since I have a different video card. Does that make sense to or is ther another solution. Im weary of what tech supports says because re-install is standard tech solution. I am uptpdate with the patches.
If indeed I need to do a re-install, how do I save the courses I have downloaded from here? Does just saving the courses directory in My Documents do it?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Copy your folder called Tiger WOods PGA TOur 2005 from your My Documents folder and paste it somewhere else, then reinstall from control panel, and it will ask do you wihs to delete custom courses and golfers select NO. Re-Install may fix the issue, but then again may not....have you checked how much RAM you have available and read the users manual for the game that explains how to free up ALL of your RAM to make the game play better. |
