new to CA, spent lot of time to design the course with TW2003,would like to upload it, everytme i tried to open course uploader it says cannot connect to database server please check your internet connection and try again, while my connection is perfect. can some one help.

Are you logging into the uploader with your username/password that you signed up with? I believe it is case sensitive. Are you behind a firewall of some sort?

i am not able to open any page to enter my name or password, when i double click on the uploader icon it says cannot connect to database server and asks me to check my connection, No i dont have any fierwall installed,
