I am trying to install courses that I have downloaded, but when I install them it says that I am missing certain files. Shouldnt all the files be included? Thanks in advance.

No they shouldnt. Each course has a certain number of required libraries that need to be downloaded and installed in addition to the course file. Each course page on Course Source lists all of the required libraries for a course. A lot of the 05 courses require some of the stock libraries that came with the 04 game. As of right now, EA has not offically released these libraries for download. The only way to get them is to purchase the 04 game and get them from that game. This may be the problem you are running into with missing libraries.
