ok my course is complete but when i put in my splash screen there is a black border around it and its covering up the game settings within the game. I no i have the size of the splash screen right, i used paint program to do it, like i said the splash screen looks good it would be perfect if that black border wasnt around it its like 2 inches on the left and 4 inches on the bottom.

If you used Paint to do it, then that is the problem. There is an Alpha channel in the TGA template file that blocks out that black area. You need to use a program like Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and apply that layer in order to get that area to go away.
If you send me your image via email to jsjarvis71@yahoo.com I will apply the alpha channel and send the corrected image back to you. |
