Ok when i try to open up course archit it says cant find c:\program files\easports\tiger woods pga tour 2005\course\2k4 course\hig.tcl

any help would be great

It means that it cant find that library, which is the 2004 stock library for the Highlands course. If you have that library, I would recommend going into the Course Utilities program and uninstalling/reinstalling it.
