When you say you set as an Amateur, do you mean when you had the option of selecting Amateur or Pro? If so, that may be the issue. In EA terms, an Amateur player is one that you have no control over the attributes on. It is a player designed for play through the career mode. If you set it to Pro, you have all of your attributes already. This Amateur/Pro setting is different than the difficulty level setting which determines how hard the game with play. |

ok you have 2 selection to chose from ama or pro if i chose pro i get the slider bar but when i try to go into game mode then legends tour it says you can only do this if you created a custom ama golfers,
so im kinda stuck here if i create a ama player i dont have a slider bar but if i create a pro player i get the slider bar but i cant do the legends tour to unlock items |

Unfortunately, those are the options youve got. The Amateur players were set up to specifically go through career mode. The slider bar is probably something you obtain in the career mode after a while. If you want them from the start, the only option you have is to set the player as Pro. |

I been ask a lot of times about windage from front to rear, but it seems they dont understand my explantion maybe some one with better comunication skills Can give there method they use or setting the correct windage that is blowing toward or from behind them at appox 14 MPH. I no if wind is blowing left to right they say go 2 clicks for each mph, but from the front you cant count clicks, so my question is how do you judge the windage to correct the yardage for the wind blowing toward you or from behind you.Thx,s |

Well if the wind is blowing 14mph in your face and you have 150 yards to the pin then i would add 14 yards to my yardage so instead of having 150 yards to the pin i would set it to 164 { 150 + 14 = 164 ) this wil work if the wind was at your back also, but im going by what i did in 2k4 im sure it will be the same. |
