This will give you a great ball-cam view from 50-100ft above the ball.

Set camera view to fixed. Address ball, press and hold right click, and move the camera angle to in front of and slighty above your player. After you hit the shot press 8 and then right click while ball is in the air. Experiment with different angles...its cool.
