Hi Everyone:
Hope you are all doing well.
For those that are experiencing problems with your video when trying to play Whistling Straits V2, I was able to play the course by making the following changes in the games Graphics settings:
1) On the left side of the Manual Graphics Settings
screen, Uncheck the following:
High Tree Detail and Wind Blown Grass Boxes.
2) On the right side of this screen, change the
graphics settings as follows:
Tree Detail Distance To Low
Tree Perimeter To Low
Fog- To Off
Rain To Off
These settings worked with my monitor for me and I hope that they will work for you also. Because of the different types and brands of monitors, the results that you get may be different on your monitor.
Please let me know if these settings work for you.
My system is: AMD XP 1800+ processor, 512 Mb PC2100 memory, Sapphire ATI Radeon 9200, 4X AGP video card with 128 Mb DDR Ram and a 256 bit graphics interface, a 17 in. KDS Monitor with the resolution set at 800x600
and running Windows 2000 Professional.
