Hi
Ive just downloaded a TW-04 course, unzipped the file to the courses directory and - nothing!
Having been used to operating this way with JN6 downloads, I guessed I was doing the right thing, but obviously not. How do I get the download into the game?

TW is different than JN6 as far as getting the courses into the game. You have to install the courses and libraries in order for them to show up in the game.
My advise would be to download Jorgens Course Installer. This is a third party program to install your courses. It will make installing them much easier than using the Course Utilities program that came with the game. You can download the utility from here:
Make sure to download the 2004 version. Also, here is a tutorial for how to use the installer:

Hi Jeff
Sorry for being a pain, but Ive now installed my downloaded course and been told that i need to install the library high mountain pano. Where do I find this and other libraries?

| The libraries are on the same page where you downloaded the course. Either go to the course page and look at the bottom where it shows the libraries that are required, or go to the main Course Source page and look on the left side where it says Library Downloads. |
