After 5 votes, Dutch Elms was rated exactly a 9.0 in LOOKS. Now I notice that after one more vote (6 total) the LOOKS rating dropped to 7.7 That means that someone gave this course a 1 for LOOKS. This needs to be stopped.

Same thing happened to me on Two Horse Rock... I was hovering near 8, then I got some 2s and 3s to drop me to the mid 7s. There was another thread (http://www.wrsgolf.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=295&PN=1) about this as well.
What do people think about dropping the bottom and top 20% of the ratings? I think the majority of people give honest reviews, but those who knock others down or boost others up would end up being ignored.
