what seems to be the problem with some courses and libraries being supended?

The courses Black Bayou and Hellsgate National were suspended due to an issue with EA Legal. As soon as the issue is resolved the download links will be added back for the libraries and the courses.

I would like to add that the designers and web sites hosting these courses have not done anything wrong or broken any rules, there was just a mix up. Both courses are top notch courses and just as soon as we can make them avaiallbe again we will. I also must ask that any players who have the libraries in questions to not share them with anyone else.
